Mark 1:29-39 -- Recharge Jesus
Mark 1:29-39 talks about how Jesus was super busy healing and preaching and just being loved all around. But all these activites can be exhausting even for the Son of God. So Jesus took the time to meditate and to pray to reflect on all of his experiences, to recharge himself so when he got back out there he would have renewed energy to tackle whatever else was thrown at him. He reminds us to take time for ourself to recharge to remember that you have to take care of yourself while you take care of others.
